2. Use of the site

Access to the website is free. Users agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and in line with this notice, and not to damage, disable or overload it.

3. Intellectual property

All texts, designs, code, logos and the Zyneronix brand belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Sample websites and demos shown on this site are examples; any third-party names, logos and photos that appear in them belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or as a private business proposal.

4. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, nor that content is always up to date, and is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites linked from here.

The owner reserves the right to interrupt access to the site at any time for technical, security or maintenance reasons.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and are the ones stated in the proposal and payment link sent to each customer. Transactions are exempt from Canary Islands IGIC under the small-business exemption, unless the invoice states otherwise.

6. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For business customers, any dispute is submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
