3. Calls and messages
We only call or message you by phone or WhatsApp if you asked us to in a form. On first contact we say who we are and why we're reaching out, and you can tell us at any time to stop contacting you.
4. Who else sees your data
We do not sell your data. It may be seen by:
- The sales partner (closer) handling your request, who acts as a data processor under a signed contract.
- The details you leave in the form (name, business, type of business, email, phone and what you are looking for) are shared with a freelance sales partner of Zyneronix, who is the person who calls you.
- Make (Make.com, by Celonis), an automation tool that carries the data from Meta forms to Zyneronix's system.
- Google (Gemini), to automatically generate the website sample from your business's public data.
- Technology providers (data processors): Google (Firebase hosting, email and Google Analytics), Meta Platforms (ad forms), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Google (the AI models behind the assistant and the bot), our WhatsApp connection provider, and the automation tools we use to manage leads.
- Our tax advisers and the relevant authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Data outside the EU
Some of our providers (Google, Meta, Stripe, Anthropic) may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) or under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Artificial intelligence
The website's assistant is an AI system and says so at the start of every conversation. It does not make decisions about you with legal effects, and it does not evaluate you. What you type is not used to train third-party AI models.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, and to request portability or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@zyneronix.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es — or, if you are in the UK, to the ICO — ico.org.uk.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals; we do not knowingly process data belonging to anyone under 14.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this same page and show the new date.
