Sales Partner & Referral Program Terms

1. Sales partner program

Any adult can introduce our services to businesses they know. No entry fee, no minimums, no fixed hours and no exclusivity.
You earn a commission only when the customer pays through your personal payment link. If the customer doesn't pay their 2nd instalment, that commission is not generated, or is deducted from your next payout.
To get paid you need to issue an invoice and be registered as self-employed with the Spanish tax authorities.
Prohibited: unsolicited commercial email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, cold calling, purchased contact lists, promising results, or presenting yourself as Zyneronix.
The full terms are in the collaboration agreement signed before you start.

If a customer refers another business and it signs up, both get a reward: the referring customer, as set out in the promotion running at the time; the new customer, a discount on their first payments, also as set out in the current promotion.
Cannot be combined with other offers. Self-referrals or referrals to your own businesses do not count.
Zyneronix may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; rewards already earned are honoured.
