With Website: €69 on the 2nd payment + €13.80/month from the 3rd to the 12th payment = up to €207 per client/year. With the Business Pack (website + AI Employee): €199 on the 2nd payment + €39.80/month from the 3rd to the 12th payment = up to €597 per client/year. The base is always the list price (€145 bot / €69 web / €199 pack), before tax, regardless of whether your client enters with a founder discount, promotion, or proration; it's only earned on payments actually collected in Stripe. Tier 1 is released in the settlement after your client's 2nd payment; tier 2, in the settlement after each payment from month 3 to month 12. There's no tier 2 without tier 1, and it stops the moment the client cancels. Settlements happen on the 1st and the 16th of each month: a payment Stripe recovers after the cutoff falls into the next settlement, never lost. A later refund or chargeback creates a negative balance, deductible from your next settlement. For multi-number packs, each number generates its own commission. Advantages don't stack: a sale carries either the 25% × 12 referral discount or the partner commission, never both (whichever was registered first).

You are solely responsible for how you promote (email, WhatsApp, calls): the contract makes you liable for your own methods and holds Zyneronix harmless. A breach closes the account and cancels any pending commissions. Open to anyone 18 or older, with an invoice (self-employed or company), from any country; this is a non-exclusive commercial relationship, with no territory, targets or mandatory meetings, not an employment or agency contract. Advantages don't stack with the 25% × 12 referral discount: a sale carries either the referral discount or the partner commission, never both (whichever was registered first).
The commission is always calculated on the list price (€145 bot / €69 web), before tax, regardless of founder discount, promotion or proration, and is only earned on payments actually collected in Stripe (the invoice.paid event); it's paid with tax included and withholding where applicable. Settlements happen on the 1st and the 16th of each month: a payment collected after the cutoff (the 15th or the last day of the month) falls into the next settlement, so a payment recovered by a Stripe retry is never lost. A later refund, chargeback or fraud creates a negative balance, carried forward and deducted from your next settlement; self-referral or a first month paid by the partner themselves generates no commission. A bot + web pack counts as two independent commissions; a plan change recalculates on the current base; a cancellation followed by resignup after 90 days is a new sign-up with no commission for the original partner. Each client is governed by the commission terms in force on the date of their sign-up, with no retroactive effect.
The €145 (€69 web) is released in the settlement after your client's 2nd payment; the recurring €29/month (€13.80 web), in the settlement after each payment from month 3 through month 12, for as long as the client stays. Settlements on the 1st and the 16th of each month, by bank transfer (SEPA or Wise). We need your tax details and an invoice (self-employed or company) before the first payout, from any country.
Security check: until we've verified your tax details, pending commissions are capped at 5 at a time. Once verified, there's no cap.
