The commission is always calculated on the list price (€145 AI Employee / €69 Web / €199 Business Pack), even if the customer enters at the founder price (€129/month for life, €179 for the Pack). With Web, the total is €207 (€69 + €13.80/month). With the Business Pack, the total is €597 (€199 + €39.80/month). No cap on customers: each one gets their own WhatsApp API account.
Note: there's a 30-day guarantee window where the customer can request a refund. If that happens, or if they never pay month 2, the €145/€69 commission is cancelled and no recurring commission starts. If the customer cancels later, the recurring €29/€13.80 commission simply stops from that point. Advantages don't stack with the 25% × 12 referral discount: a sale carries either the referral discount or the partner commission, whichever was registered first. See rules.

When someone signs up through your link, Stripe records it automatically and we email you right away. We pay you €145 per bot (€69 per website) by bank transfer when they pay their 2nd month, and €29 a month (€13.80 for a website) with each payment from the 3rd to the 12th, for as long as they stay. Settlements go out on the 1st and the 16th.

No cap on customers. Every payment is registered automatically and we email you: nothing to claim and no monthly limit on sales.
30-day guarantee and clawback. If the customer requests the guarantee refund, or never pays month 2, the €145/€69 commission is cancelled and no recurring commission starts; if they cancel later, the recurring commission simply stops. A refund, chargeback or fraud afterwards creates a negative balance, deducted from your next payout.
Any country, 18 or older. A SEPA or Wise bank account is all you need. This is a non-exclusive commercial relationship, not an employment or agency contract: you organise your own activity.
Invoice required. Self-employed or company, from any country.
Paid on the 1st and the 16th of each month. The €145/€69 commission arrives in the settlement after your customer's 2nd payment; the €29/€13.80 recurring commission, in the settlement after each payment from month 3 to month 12.
Doesn't stack with referrals. A sale carries either the 25% × 12 referral discount or the partner commission, whichever was registered first — never both.
These are not tips: they are a condition of the programme. Zyneronix is legally answerable for what a partner does in its name, so breaking any of the six means leaving the programme and losing any pending commission.
No cold email in Spain. Writing to Spanish businesses without prior permission is illegal (LSSI art. 21) and fined. Outside Spain, only where it is legal, always saying who you are and with one-click unsubscribe.
No bulk WhatsApp. No broadcast lists, no messages to numbers that never wrote to you first.
No cold calling. Zyneronix never phones anyone and neither do its partners.
Never promise results. No "x appointments a month", no payback claims, no sales figures. What you promise is what the website says: the price, the two guarantees and what is included.
No demos over WhatsApp. The demo is the one on the site: send the link zyneronix.com/en/try-your-bot/ and let them build it with their own website.
Don't bid on the brand. No Google or Meta ads using the word "Zyneronix", and no look-alike domains.
You earn €145 for every AI Employee bot (€69 for Web) when your customer pays their 2nd month — 100% of the list price, even if they entered at the founder price. Then €29 a month (€13.80 for Web) — 20% of the list price — with every payment from their 3rd month through their 12th, for as long as they stay: over €430 per AI Employee customer per year (over €200 for Web). If they request the 30-day guarantee refund, or never pay month 2, that commission is cancelled (see the question below).
From your customer's 3rd payment through their 12th, you earn 20% of the list price every time they pay: €29/month for AI Employee, €13.80/month for Web. No need to ask for it — it's generated automatically and we notify you by email, and it arrives in the next settlement (1st or 16th). There's no recurring commission without the first €145/€69, and it stops the moment the customer cancels.
If you live in Spain, yes (or a company): we need an invoice. Outside Spain any country with a SEPA or Wise bank account works, with your own invoice or a self-invoice where your country allows it.
No. You can sell for anyone else at the same time, no schedule, no targets. Only sales through your personal link, tracked in Stripe, count.
If the customer gets a refund within their 30-day guarantee or never pays month 2, the €145/€69 commission is cancelled and no recurring commission ever starts. If they cancel later, the recurring €29/€13.80 commission simply stops from that point on. A refund, chargeback or fraud after a commission has been paid creates a negative balance, deducted from your next payout.
