The commission is always calculated on the list price (€79 Web), no discounts. Your tier is fixed when you close each customer, based on how many websites you've closed that month, and never changes afterwards. Full tier table in the kit. No cap on customers.
Note: there is no refund guarantee. If the customer never pays month 2, the commission is cancelled and no recurring tier starts. If the customer cancels later, the recurring tier simply stops from that point. Advantages don't stack with the 25% × 12 referral discount: a sale carries either the referral discount or the partner commission, whichever was registered first. See rules.

A refund, chargeback or fraud afterwards creates a negative balance, deducted from your next payout.
Any country, 18 or older. A SEPA or Wise bank account is all you need. This is a non-exclusive commercial relationship, not an employment or agency contract: you organise your own activity.
Invoice when you get paid. No need to be self-employed to start: you register (or invoice as a company) when your first commission comes in, from any country.
Paid on the 1st and the 16th of each month. The 100% list-price tier arrives in the settlement after your customer's 2nd payment; the recurring tiered %, in the settlement after each payment from that same 2nd payment through month 12.
Doesn't stack with referrals. A sale carries either the 25% × 12 referral discount or the partner commission, whichever was registered first — never both.
These are not tips: they are a condition of the programme. Zyneronix is legally answerable for what a partner does in its name, so breaking any of the six means leaving the programme and losing any pending commission.
No cold email in Spain. Writing to Spanish businesses without prior permission is illegal (LSSI art. 21) and fined. Outside Spain, only where it is legal, always saying who you are and with one-click unsubscribe.
No bulk WhatsApp. No broadcast lists, no messages to numbers that never wrote to you first.
No cold calling. Zyneronix never phones anyone and neither do its partners.
Never promise results. No "x appointments a month", no payback claims, no sales figures. What you promise is what the website says: the price, the service guarantee and what is included.
No demos over WhatsApp. The demo is the one on the site: send the link zyneronix.com/en/website-demo/ and let them request theirs.
Don't bid on the brand. No Google or Meta ads using the word "Zyneronix", and no look-alike domains.
You earn 100% of the list price (€79 Web) when your customer pays their 2nd month. From your customer's 2nd payment through their 12th, you earn a % of the list price every time they pay. The % depends on how many websites you closed the month that customer was closed: 1+ → 30%, 10+ → 35%, 15+ → 40%, 20+ → 50%, 25+ → 60%. That tier is fixed when you close and never changes afterwards. No need to ask for it — it's generated automatically and we notify you by email. It stops the moment the customer cancels.
Not to start. You register as self-employed (or invoice as a company) when your first commission is paid; that part is on you. Outside Spain any country with a SEPA or Wise bank account works, with your own invoice or a self-invoice where your country allows it.
No. You can sell for anyone else at the same time, no schedule, no targets. Only sales through your personal link, tracked in Stripe, count.
