Terms that apply to both Zyneronix subscriptions: the AI Employee and the Website.
30 days. If it's not for you, we refund your money. Not the setup fee: the money.
If you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund everything you have paid and cancel the subscription, no conditions and no need to justify it.
To request it, just email us at hola@zyneronix.com within that window. The refund is processed within 5 business days, through the same method you paid with.
If in any calendar month the AI Employee fails to answer 95% of the messages it receives within one minute, that month is not charged. We check it ourselves against the panel log and credit it without you having to claim anything.
Periods where the service is down for reasons outside Zyneronix's control are excluded (a WhatsApp or Meta outage, a number suspended by Meta, or the assistant switched off by the client from their own panel).
The first 10 businesses to hire the AI Employee pay €129/month for life (locked, price rises don't apply to them) instead of the general €145/month, and also get the professional website included (worth €69/month), delivered from their second payment. If the client asks for the guarantee refund, the website is never delivered. The counter shown on the site is real.
Both plans are billed monthly through Stripe: €145/month (AI Employee, €129/month for the first 10) and €69/month (Website), with a minimum 3-month commitment. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment you are covered by Guarantee 1 and pay nothing; after that, the 3 months are completed and then it's month to month, cancelling any time with 30 days' notice.
Amounts are shown in euros. The charge is processed by Stripe Payments Europe and will appear on your statement as ZYNERONIX. Depending on your card issuer, an automatic currency conversion (≈ $ at checkout) or a foreign-transaction fee unrelated to Zyneronix may apply.
The under-5-days build time (Website) or the setup (AI Employee) starts counting once we receive your photos and business details. If those materials are delayed, the timeline shifts accordingly and we'll let you know.
The domain and website content are yours to keep for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you can request a full transfer at no cost.
