WhatsApp AI employee for veterinary clinics

A vaccine reminder that gets forgotten, an 11pm emergency nobody picks up, or an owner asking the price of a neutering who never hears back: each of those messages is a pet that can end up at another clinic. The AI Employee answers WhatsApp while you're mid-consultation or closed, from your own number.

What the bot answers when a pet owner writes in

Most messages a veterinary clinic gets are predictable: is there a slot this week, do you treat their species or breed, how much is a check-up, do you work with their pet insurance, how to find the clinic, or what to bring on the day. The AI Employee answers all of that instantly, using the real information you've given it, and books the appointment if there's a slot.

It doesn't replace your front desk or your vets: it steps in only when nobody at the clinic can answer (mid-consultation, at lunch, at night or on a Sunday) and steps back the moment someone at the clinic writes from the same WhatsApp.

A real example: an owner writes on a Saturday at 8pm asking if you see rabbits and how much a check-up costs. The bot answers with your Saturday hours, confirms you treat exotics if you've set that up, gives the indicative check-up price and offers the open slots for the following week. If the owner accepts, the appointment is booked and you get the email alert; if they'd rather think it over, the bot doesn't push or write again unless they ask first.

Fewer missed doses

Vaccine and deworming reminders

You give the bot the next vaccine, booster or deworming date for each pet (from your panel or your own calendar), and it sends the WhatsApp reminder with time to spare, always naming your clinic clearly so the owner knows who's writing. If the owner replies to reschedule, the bot rebooks or hands the case to a person.

These reminders count toward the 1,000 messages included per month; beyond that, each extra message is €0.03, and we always warn by email before a month goes over the limit.

The most important part

If the pet is an emergency, what does the bot do?

Before answering anything else, the assistant is trained to detect emergency signals: bleeding, being hit by a car, breathing difficulty, seizures, suspected poisoning or a difficult birth. The moment one of those signals appears, it drops any booking or pricing script and gives the direct instruction to call or come in right away (or the emergency service you set for after hours), never trying to resolve it by chat.

In a real emergency

It immediately says to call or come in, alerts your team by email on the spot, and doesn't continue with scheduling or pricing questions.

Never does this

It never says "wait, I'll tell you" to an emergency, never assesses severity from a description or a photo, and gives no advice in the meantime.

Coexistence

Does it work with the WhatsApp number the clinic already has?

Yes. It connects to the WhatsApp Business account your clinic already uses, with no new number and no new app: your front desk keeps sending and receiving messages from the same phone or tablet as always. The WhatsApp API account stays in your clinic's name, not Zyneronix's, and you can still open the app whenever you want.

You don't need to change your practice management software either: the bot lives in WhatsApp, on the side, and only needs the data you approve (prices, hours, availability). It doesn't replace your booking software or clinical records; it coexists with what you already use.

To open the account, WhatsApp requires the pet owner to have given prior consent (opt-in) to receive automated messages, and that opt-in must clearly name your clinic. Zyneronix hands you the wording already drafted to meet that rule; you just publish it wherever you collect your customers' WhatsApp number (the sign-up form, a sign at reception, or your own website).

The most repeated question

Can it quote the price of a consultation or a neutering?

Only the indicative prices you give it in advance: general check-up, vaccine, deworming, neutering or spaying, dental cleaning. If an owner asks about a procedure with no price loaded (a specific surgery, a complex case), the bot says "the clinic will confirm that" and alerts by email so someone follows up with the owner. It never improvises a figure.

What the bot does NOT do

It does answer

Hours, indicative prices you've approved, availability, vaccine reminders, and it books or confirms the appointment against your real slots.

Never does this

It never diagnoses, never assesses symptoms from a description or a photo, never prescribes or recommends treatment or dosage. Any clinical question goes straight to a vet at the clinic.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes. It connects to your existing WhatsApp Business account, no new number or app. Your front desk keeps writing whenever it wants; the assistant only steps in when nobody can answer.

The bot's first job is always to screen for emergencies. If it detects a risk signal, it stops any script and tells the owner to call or come in immediately; it never tries to resolve it by chat.

Only the indicative prices you give it in advance. If it doesn't have the figure, it says "the clinic will confirm that" and alerts by email so someone completes it. It never makes up a price.

It never diagnoses, assesses symptoms or recommends treatment or medication. Any clinical question is handed to a vet at the clinic immediately.

We set it up with you in under 10 days from when Meta verifies your WhatsApp API account, fully online and in writing, no visits or calls.

You get 30 days to ask for a full refund if it's not a fit. After that the minimum 3-month commitment runs its course; after that you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
